RTSOFT HAS COMPLETED A LARGE-SCALE PROJECT OF IMPLEMENTING A SCADA SYSTEM OF THE DATA PROCESSING CENTER OF SBERBANK IN SKOLKOVO
The implementation of SCADA for engineering systems will improve the reliability, safety and quality of their equipment, as well as reduce maintenance costs.
At the end of December 2020, RTSoft completed the project for the implementation of SCADA system of the Skolkovo Data Processing Center (DPC) of Sberbank. The project was carried out within the framework of a consortium of companies under the control of the general contractor - Insystems (Lanit group of companies).
The DPC, located in the Skolkovo, is the largest data center in Russia and one of the largest and most powerful data centers in Europe. The purpose of the project: to improve the reliability, safety and quality of the functioning of the equipment of engineering systems, as well as to reduce the cost of its maintenance.
The implementation of SCADA system in Skolkovo DPC allowed us to solve problems in the following areas:
monitoring of technological parameters and operation management of engineering systems equipment;
diagnostics of equipment functioning;
notification of staff about pre-emergency and emergency conditions of equipment operation;
formation of equipment operating time indicators;
providing "deep" archiving of technological data and other tasks.
SCADA system is provided integration of local automation systems and control of functioning of a full set of technological subsystems: general exchange ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, heating, cooling, power supply, UPS, lighting, control of quality of the electric power, monitoring of temperature and humidity in machine halls and many others.
A special pride of the system developers, RTSoft specialists, is the solution of the most complex technical tasks for the organization of "deep" data storage. At the same time, the total volume of controlled parameters today reaches 200 thousand! In addition, it was necessary to propose a solution in which the total information volume of the system could be expanded taking into account the possibility for the development of the Skolkovo DPC. And this task was also successfully solved.
